Tony Dellamano

Tony Dellamano serves as Vice President of Finance of the 14 celebrated restaurants that form Lark Creek Restaurant Group.

Driven by his passion for working in the hospitality industry, coupled with extensive experience in corporate finance, strategic planning, and business development, Dellamano’s professional career has laid a strong foundation for his appointment with Lark Creek Restaurant Group.
Upon winning the “Big Idea” Competition while he was earning his Master's of Management at the Cornell School of Hotel Administration, Dellamano raised the initial capital to develop and launch the start-up fast-casual snack concept, Johnny Applestix, which grew to hold multiple retail and grocery store locations throughout the Northeastern Ohio region. Dellamano next joined the Cohn Restaurant Group, one of San Diego's most innovative hospitality companies, serving as the Corporate Controller and focusing on strategic development and overall business intelligence. Most recently, as Manager of Planning and Analysis for the revitalized Black Angus Steakhouse Group, Dellamano made key contributions in the areas of financial planning, business development, revenue management and promotional analysis.
Dellamano earned his undergraduate degree in Managerial Economics at the University of California at Davis. While at college, Dellamano was an All-Conference Scholar Athlete as a right-handed pitcher and finished his playing career professionally with the Texas Rangers Baseball Organization. Aside from enjoying craft breweries in whichever cities he visits, Tony enjoys running his dogs in nearby Half Moon Bay and wild turkey hunting with his brother-in-law Nick.
