Front of the House Manager for Fish Story Restaurant in Napa
The successful candidate will be a good trainer and motivator; have experience as a manager in a fine dining environment; should be entrepreneurial and a self-starter but be comfortable working within a structured organization. Strong food and beverage knowledge, business acumen, and organizational skills are required. You must be proficient with common computer systems used in restaurant management (Aloha POS, OpenTable, Excel, Word and email for starters). This is an ideal opportunity for a manager with small, independent restaurant background who wishes to round out his/her experience within a more structured environment where opportunities to learn about the business abound.
