Yankee Pier on Santana Row, a Lark Creek Restaurant Group concept, is seeking dedicated and detail oriented applicants for the Sous Chef position. The successful candidate must be a dedicated team player who wants to learn and grow, and be part of our seasonally focused seafood restaurant. The ideal candidates must have the ability to work quickly, cleanly and effectively in a high pressure environment. A commitment to the highest quality guest satisfaction and culinary standards required.
Our Sous Chef's play an active role on our restaurant's management team, so the candidate we're looking for will possess strong people skills, knowledge of food costs and labor controls, and be prepared to learn a great deal about what makes a restaurant a successful operation.
